Customer Sales Representative-duplicaat

This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager – EMEA. Principal responsibilities of this role include:

• Quotes – Handle all quote requests forwarded to her/him. This includes the so called 1% quote request (low probability of sale). Follow up with Dallas until the quote is received, follow up with the customer after quote is sent. Responsible for the Quote Archive.
• Samples- Focal point for all sample requests -follow up with Dallas and follow up with customer
• Sales – Follow all sales from all EMEA accounts. Responsible for the Sales Archive.
• Sales Supports and Order Administration – Work closely with Regional Sales Manager, Sales Service, Commercial Managers and Technical Service on reviewing customer orders/pricing and managing customer action reports. Maintain and update sales record and import and export data. Follows direct orders (i.e. containers from USA) from beginning to end.
• Credit Control – Follows up on overdue overviews received from USA
• Employee Safety – Support all efforts to ensure work and travel is done in a safe and responsible manner and complies with all OxyChem HESS guidelines. 
• Compliance – Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, and the necessary compliance training is completed. Ensure all vendor, agent and distributor agreements in the territory are reviewed and approved in accordance with OxyChem’s legal, compliance and other internal guidelines. Raise any compliance-related concerns or questions immediately.
